Call Center Representatives, otherwise known as customer service representatives, provide information to customers and respond to questions and complaints. Some also take orders, input data into a computer or process returns. The Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook reflects that this occupation is expected to have average growth over the next seven years.   • Describe a situation when a customer really upset you but you had to remain composed.
  • How have you managed to overcome a customer’s objections in a recent call?
