We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to our full-time employees including:

Time Away

Paid Time Off:  An innovative program that combines the traditional vacation time, personal time, and sick time into one “bank” of Paid Time-Off (PTO).  PTO begins the first pay period of employment.  Hourly employees earn 15 days and salaried employees earn 20 days of PTO in their first year.

Paid Holidays: Employees receive seven (7) paid holidays and an additional “floating” holiday to use during any day you choose in the calendar year.

Insurance

Health Insurance: Employees can choose Employee Only, Employee & Spouse, Employee & Child(ren), or Family coverage.  ABR pays 75% of the premium regardless of the level of coverage chosen, plus we offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement to partially reimburse deductible costs.

Dental Insurance:  Employees can choose Employee Only, Employee & Spouse, Employee & Child(ren), or Family coverage.  Premium is 60% paid by ABR regardless of the level of coverage chosen.

Vision Insurance: Employees can choose Employee Only, Employee & Spouse, Employee & Child(ren), or Family coverage.  The premium is 100% paid by ABR.

Wellness Program: A well-rounded wellness program is offered to all employees designed to promote physical, mental, and financial well-being.

Short-term & Long-term Disability: The premium for short and long-term disability coverage is 100% paid by ABR.  Pay begins after a 7-day elimination period.

Basic Life Insurance and AD&DEmployees are provided with a $50,000 group term life and AD&D insurance, this benefit is 100% paid by ABR.

Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D: Voluntary Life for employee, spouse &/or child(ren) is an optional benefit for employees to choose to increase coverage by paying an additional premium.

Accident Insurance: Receive payout at set amounts for un-reimbursed medical expenses, or replace lost income and pay towards other bills with accident insurance. You can cover yourself or include spouses and/or dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Two types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are offered– a Medical FSA and a Dependent Care FSA.  This allows employees to put pre-tax dollars into an account to pay for you and your family’s medical and dependent care expenses.

Retirement

401(k) Retirement Plan: Employees are offered a generous 401(k) retirement plan to all eligible employees with a company match of 100% up to 6% of an employee’s compensable wages.  Employees receive this match after 12 consecutive months of employment and are fully vested immediately.  Matches are deposited on a quarterly basis.

Financial

Incentive Program: Plans are based on performance, budgets, economic conditions, expectations for growth, competitive pressures, and other factors.  Use your energy and enthusiasm to help create endless earning potential!

Referral ProgramReferrals for professionals who may or may not be in an active job hunt are appreciated from our employees.  A $1,000 incentive is provided to employees who successfully refer a good applicant who is hired.
