Our story is built around honest partnerships and extraordinary service.
Since our doors first opened in 1987, we’ve helped facilitate thousands of game-changing connections between talent and businesses while supporting our communities. Operating under four guiding values, our teams are empowered to deliver the exceptional service our clients and job seekers crave – service that has been honored with Forbes America’s Best Temporary Staffing Firms 2020 and ClearlyRated®’s Best of Staffing Award thirteen times out of the program’s 14-year history. In fact, ABR Employment Service is the only Wisconsin staffing agency with multiple branch locations to consecutively receive Best of Staffing® awards.
In 2009, our reach expanded when we acquired Kinsa Group, a national executive search and placement firm in the food and beverage industry. After realizing the far-reaching impact our team could have on businesses seeking direct-hire support, we launched the third division of our business, ABR Professional Search, in 2018.
While we’re experts at making talent connections, active community involvement will always be a key aspect of our culture here at ABR. This commitment stems from our parent company, a grant-funded nonprofit called Forward Service Corporation that funnels its profits into causes that help strengthen communities. By doing what we do best and connecting folks with good work, ABR helps fund Forward Services’ mission.
