As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ABR, Ernie is responsible for the planning and coordination of sales and marketing across all markets. He is responsible for leading the sales team to meet and exceed their goals. He also oversees the company’s promotion and business development efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. The essential duties include hiring and developing members of the company’s sales and marketing team, implementation of a sales and marketing plan, and measuring the return on investment of various sales and marketing methods. Ernie is also part of the Corporate Leadership Team where he works to develop strategic plans and make critical decisions for the future of the ABR.
Ernie received his BA from the University of Central Florida and has earned a Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association. Ernie has been with ABR Employment Services for 23 years.
