ABR Employment Services is helping LHI to interview and hire for three key remote based professional office positions to support Covid-19 testing nationwide. You must be a Wisconsin or Minnesota resident to work in these positions. 

LHI is a national network of medical, dental and behavioral health providers and designs and manages health programs for government and commercial customers.

Three Remote Job Opportunities with ABR-LHI

 

1. Recruitment Coordinator – $16.00/Hr – Multiple shifts available between 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm; you must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Join the LHI Team to source, screen, and interview health care practitioners you will help recruit to work at various COVID-19 testing centers nationwide. Office equipment/supplies will be shipped to you and LHI’s IT team will assist with remote set-up.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:

*Recruit practitioners utilizing existing those in network already, subcontracted provider agencies, web searches and online job posting resources, cold calling, and other databases
*Screen potential candidates for necessary qualifications and determine if candidate’s skill set meets LHI’s business needs
*Educate candidates on role requirements to ensure collaborative agreement and understanding of services
*Assess and resolve practitioner and market/recruitment needs and concerns
*Assist with all steps of the required on-boarding process for each initiative as well as maintenance of the Practitioner Network to include inactivating and temporarily inactivating practitioners based on business need.
*Analyze applicable reports and identify all Healthcare Practitioners needing on-boarding assistance

2. Event Coordinator – $16.00/Hr – Multiple shifts available between 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm; you must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Join the LHI Event Coordinator Team to coordinate services and remote training for LHI Health Readiness events for COVID-19 testing centers nationwide. Office equipment/supplies will be shipped to you and LHI’s IT team will assist with remote set-up.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:

*Assign qualified credential providers and practitioners for Health Readiness events
*Request, train and schedule staff for the event teams
*Coordinate travel arrangements for subcontractors (nurses, etc.) including flights, hotels, & rentals
*Coordinate shipments of necessary supplies and equipment to the event site
*Prepare summary reports of the events and act as a liaison to help resolve event issues
*Analyze cost of providers within a targeted region
*Interpret requested services and negotiate cost effective feeds and concessions
*Maintain records of event aspects, including pertinent communication and documentation in MedNet
*Confirm services with providers to include review of staff credentials, equipment make and models, and provider availability for onsite events
*Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and law, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise
*Assess and resolve complex provider concerns, developing and implementing solutions
*Coordinate and maintain Health Care Provider Training schedules

*Have 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
*Have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, record keeping and other office procedures/terminologies is required
*Have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

3 . Customer Service Representative – $14.50/Hr – Multiple shifts available between 6 am to 10 pm
Provide nation-wide customer service support to individuals in need of COVID-19 testing and appointment scheduling. Office equipment/supplies will be shipped to you and LHI’s IT team will assist with remote set-up.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
*Assisting callers to find testing locations, answering questions about testing and testing sites and providing direction on where callers can find additional testing resources in their state.
*Maintain constant awareness of service level and queue status in order to meet contractual requirements.

You Will Be A Good Fit For This Job If You:

*Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Have 1 year of customer service experience
* Have Intermediate typing/data-entry skills
*Are proficient in MS Office
*Have exceptional professionalism & interpersonal skills
*Have the ability to multi-task, work efficiently, & meet performance standards
*Have the ability to manage time & prioritize workload
*Have a high attention to detail
