Prepare for an Interview With These Questions

• What personal qualities and strengths are likely to be most important to this job? What specific examples from my current position can I cite to show how I have used these qualities and strengths?
• How well does this job seem to correspond to my specific job objective? How does it seem to mesh with the job factors that I consider most important for my next position?
• What weaknesses am I likely to have for this job? How should I deal with them at the interview in order to convince the interviewer that they will not impact on my performance?
• What specific information do I want the interviewer to know? Not to know?
• Based on what I know about the company and job, what questions do I want to ask the interviewer?
